Effective Date: July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Naturals Method website at thenaturalsmethod.com and the digital products offered through it (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Gafarova Tanzilia ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing any product offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Naturals Method is a set of one-time-purchase digital products built on the proprietary methodology of The Art of Practice, as described in the book The Art of Practice: Same Effort, Twice the Progress, Any Skill (US Copyright Office Registration No. 1-15142943251). The Service consists of the digital products sold on this website and the associated digital content and materials delivered to you after purchase. The products currently offered are:
All of the above are one-time digital purchases. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. Prices shown at checkout at the time of purchase govern your order. A separate backend bundle ($997) may be offered to you outside this checkout; it is not sold through the funnel checkout on this website and, if you purchase it, is governed by its own terms presented at the point of sale.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service or making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To purchase a product, you provide your name, email address, billing address, and the skill or discipline you want to work on. After a successful payment, we deliver access to the product you bought — by email, by an access link, or through a login page, as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for providing an accurate email address so that we can deliver your purchase.
The digital products you buy are licensed to you for your own personal use. They are yours to access and keep in accordance with these Terms, subject to the intellectual property restrictions below.
We stand behind our products. The specific money-back terms for each product are set out in full in our Refund & Guarantee policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
These voluntary guarantees are separate from, and do not limit, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described above and in the Refund & Guarantee policy. To request a refund under any guarantee, contact support@theartofpractice.com from your purchase email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day the contract is concluded (that is, from the day of your purchase of digital content). You may withdraw using any of the following:
Acknowledgment. When we receive your withdrawal, we will confirm receipt without undue delay on a durable medium (for example, by email), reproducing your statement and recording the exact date and time of receipt.
Effect and refunds. Where the right applies, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Digital content accessed early (Article 16(m) carve-out). The products sold here are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you asked us to begin supplying that content before the end of the withdrawal period, and you expressly consented and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the content had been accessed or downloaded, then the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to that content. Regardless of the statutory right, our voluntary 365-day and 30-day money-back guarantees (as applicable) still apply as described in the Refund & Guarantee policy.
This is an important section. Please read it carefully.

Remedies: Any unauthorized use of the Methodology may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action. As a registered copyright holder, we are entitled to seek statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement under US copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 504), injunctive relief, and recovery of attorney's fees, in addition to any claims for breach of these Terms under applicable law.
Survivability: The obligations and restrictions in this Intellectual Property section survive any termination or expiration of these Terms or your access to the Service. Your agreement not to copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Methodology continues indefinitely, regardless of whether you continue to use the Service.
You agree not to:
When you purchase, you provide your email address, and we will send you transactional messages relating to your order (payment confirmation, delivery, and access details). We may also send you related updates and offers by email through our email provider, MailerLite. You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email; this does not affect transactional messages necessary to deliver what you purchased. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including any unauthorized use of our intellectual property. This does not affect your rights under our Refund & Guarantee policy for a bona fide refund request made in good faith.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements or expectations. The Methodology is based on the author's research and experience; individual results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional, medical, financial, or other specialized advice, and you should use your own judgment when applying it to your practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gafarova Tanzilia and The Art of Practice and any associated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your unauthorized use of the Methodology.
We want every customer to be satisfied with the Service. If you have a complaint, contact us at support@theartofpractice.com with a description of the issue and your purchase email. We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or Hungary and we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Hungarian conciliation board system (békéltető testület). These are independent bodies operating alongside the chambers of commerce; there are eight regional boards in Hungary, and you may turn to the board competent for your own place of residence or stay. A list of the territorially competent boards and their contact details is available at bekeltetes.hu. Use of a conciliation board is voluntary, and nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made; the version of these Terms in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, server failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or pandemics.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at a later time. All rights and remedies are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided by law.
These Terms, together with the Refund & Guarantee policy and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
