This policy explains the money-back guarantee that applies to each product sold through The Naturals Method (thenaturalsmethod.com), operated by Gafarova Tanzilia, a Hungarian sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó). Every product we sell is a one-time digital purchase — there are no subscriptions and nothing renews. The guarantee that applies depends on which product you bought, as set out below.
The following products carry a 365-day, no-questions-asked, full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 365 days of your purchase, ask us and we will refund you in full — no explanation required.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you also have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. This statutory right applies in addition to, and does not reduce, the more generous voluntary guarantees described above.
The 14-day period runs from the day the contract is concluded. You can exercise this right in any of the following ways:
We will acknowledge your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, reproducing your statement and recording the exact date and time we received it. Where the right applies, we reimburse all payments within 14 days using your original payment method.
Digital content accessed early (Article 16(m) carve-out). Because these are digital products delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you access or download the content. Even where that statutory right has been waived, the voluntary 365-day and 30-day guarantees described above still apply.

This policy is governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
