You finished the workshop. That gave you three of the seventeen techniques.
Here is the rest of the Naturals Method, on camera, with a workbook for every one.

“Doing the thing that doesn’t seem like it would work is often the hidden road you need to take to succeed.”
Laido Dittmar
You already have three techniques from the workshop, and they work. But a practice session is not three decisions long. It is not even twelve. Every session you run makes a series of decisions, and on the ones nobody has handed you a technique for yet, most practitioners quietly drift back to how they practiced before they had ever heard of a Natural.
My name is Laido Dittmar. I come from a circus family, four generations deep.
You would think that means talent. In my case it meant the opposite. My parents tried skill after skill with me, and quite early on everyone around me, and even I, believed I would never become an artist at all. When I finally committed, almost 18, the advice arrived daily: you have no talent, you started too late, choose something easier.
So I did the only thing I knew. I practiced more. Eight hours a day, then nine, then ten, sometimes twelve. After two years of that, my first performance had more drops than tricks. Seventeen of them.
What turned it around was not more hours. I gave myself two years, and I went looking for what the best actually do. I interviewed world‑class artists and got answers like “love what you do and work hard,” the same speech in different words. They genuinely could not explain it. Whatever they were doing right, they just did it.
So I stopped asking and started observing. What I found became The Naturals Method, seventeen techniques that cover every decision a practice session actually makes. It took me from the kid everyone swore had no talent to Cirque du Soleil, the World Circus Cup, and world records in juggling, and fourteen thousand practitioners across more than 120 disciplines have since learned pieces of it.
This page is the first time I am putting the whole thing on camera in one place, start to finish. Not three techniques. Not a sample. The complete method, the same system, taught end to end.
Laido
Think back to last month. Pick your best session, the one you walked out of feeling sharp. Now pick your worst, the one where nothing landed and you left annoyed.
Which of those two actually moved your skill?
You don’t know. Nobody does, on the instrument most practitioners are using. How a session feels and what a session does are almost unrelated, and most practitioners spend their entire practicing life steering by that one broken instrument.
That is one decision, out of many, that a session makes without you noticing it is being made. And a session is many decisions long, start to finish.
Every session you run makes a series of decisions, whether you make them on purpose or not.
The Naturals Method Masterclass is the complete set of techniques for those decisions, grouped into four categories below, seventeen lessons in total, taught on camera, each with its own workbook.
You are not going to practice less after this page. You are going to practice the same ten, fifteen, twenty hours you were already practicing. Say it is ten hours a week. That is roughly five hundred hours a year, and you were always going to spend them, whatever happens here.
So the question was never how much you practice. It is what those hours give back.
An hour that runs on a few techniques instead of seventeen is not a wasted hour.
It is an hour that gave back a fraction of what it could have. Do that for a year and it does not show up as a bad week. It shows up as a level you never reached.
You have already felt the other version of this. If your sessions changed at all after the workshop, that was three techniques doing the work. The Masterclass runs the other fourteen through the same hours.
“That’s how I practiced, but with unsatisfying progress. Then I adopted Mr Dittmar’s method, and within days, my progress took off. I’ve progressed more in the last two weeks than in the previous several months, because I really took his advice to heart, reconfigured my game and dived in without a doubt in my mind. Thank you!”

Reconfigured my game and dived in. That is the difference between a few techniques and the whole method.
“Doing the thing that doesn’t seem like it would work is often the hidden road you need to take to succeed.”
Laido DittmarThis is one continuous method, not a shelf of unrelated lessons. Every technique below governs one of four decisions your practice makes, whether you have a name for it yet or not. Three of them you already run from the workshop, and they are marked. The other fourteen are why this page exists.
Everything you can do becomes one connected structure instead of a list you are guessing your way through.
An hour of effort turns into an hour of change, at the difficulty that actually earns it.
You stop grading sessions on how they felt and start grading them on what they did.
You stop guessing what a good goal looks like and start pulling your practice toward one that works.
What to work on, and in what order
The first decision every session makes, whether you notice it or not, is what to start with. Five lessons build the structure that decision runs on.
How hard to push, and when to back off
The second decision is how hard to push, and when to back off. Push too little and nothing changes. Push too hard and you can lose ground you already won. Four lessons cover the dials.
Whether the hour counted, and what to do tomorrow
The third decision is whether the hour counted, and what to carry into tomorrow. Four lessons replace the instrument most practitioners are using, how a session felt, with one that tells you the truth.
Whether you walk in at all, and what you are aiming at
The fourth decision is whether you walk in at all, and what you are actually aiming at. Three lessons cover it, plus the closing lesson that turns the whole set into one running system.
Lesson 17, the closing, waits until you have the other sixteen: what to do once the method is running, so it keeps compounding instead of fading.
The argument for a complete method is coverage: it has to hold up whatever you practice. Here is a sample of what practitioners across more than 120 disciplines have said, in their own words.
“I used to be the little guy that’s surprising. Now I’m the old guy that’s surprising, at 55 I’m beating folks outside my weight category.”
“I’ve been a competitive athlete since I was 12. I just wish I’d had this 10 years ago, it would have been so much more efficient.”
“I tried your method yesterday, and wow. Out of hundreds of lessons I’ve bought, only one ever touched on what you teach. Best money I’ve spent in 15 years.”
“Using Laido’s approach, our martial arts group has made more progress in the past 4 months than in the prior 12. Thank you, Laido!”
“The concept is still crazy to me, but I can’t deny it works. I’ve tested it 10 times now and the result is always the same, better than what I’d done for years.”
“Absolutely amazing. I’ve applied the principles for under a week with awesome results, and they work for my students in martial arts and fitness too.”

A few of the results the method itself has produced
If you have read this far, you are not browsing, so here is the pricing, plainly.
The Naturals Method Masterclass is $997: one payment, every lesson listed above, lifetime access, nothing recurring behind it.
And a word on the runtime, because length gets sold as value and it should not be. This is not five hours you have to get through before anything works. It is seventeen separate techniques, and the first one you use works on the day you use it.
Fourteen thousand practitioners across more than 120 disciplines have learned pieces of this method already. This page exists for the practitioners who want the whole thing, on camera, in order, at once.
